Each practice will have a closing meditation for integration & deepening in consciousness.

The Feminine & Masculine Flow

You will have two classes per week to allow a balance of masculine & feminine learning.

One call lead by Aya focused on the Yang/ Masculine practices & templates.

One call lead by Kandra focused on the more Yin/ Feminine practices & templates.

At the end of each call we will have space for questions, coaching and adjustments to form.

This offering has two calls per week to keep you attuned & deepening in your practice.

Mondays & Thursdays 5:30pm PST.
